Return Policy
At LAD Custom Publishing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team promptly so we can assist you.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by LAD Custom Publishing prior to being returned. To request a return authorization, contact Customer Service at 1-877-318-8800 or email support@lad.pub.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Class Cancellation Refunds
Refund requests related to class cancellations must include proof of cancellation and be submitted within seven (7) days of the class cancellation date.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers are responsible for inspecting all materials immediately upon receipt. Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to LAD Custom Publishing within five (5) business days of delivery.
Please contact us immediately at support@lad.pub or 1-877-318-8800 so we may evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Failure to report damages or discrepancies within the stated timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to copyright restrictions, custom production standards, and the nature of educational publishing materials, all copyrighted materials are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
Approved Returns & Refunds
If a return request is approved, customers are responsible for securely packaging and returning the authorized items to LAD Custom Publishing.
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the materials only. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned materials are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
